ICS can now offer customers true remote technical support via the web.

Using WebEX technology the company can rapidly diagnose and resolve support issues for its IMAC and Xpert software packages through instant sharing of and interaction with remote customer PCs, anywhere in the world.

ICS says this new service will enable it to gain instant, "on-demand" totally secure viewing of customer PCs via the web.

"With an extensive internationally installed customer base reaction times can be critical.

This new service enables us to offer the kind of support our customers have come to expect, thereby adding value to the products we supply and distinguishing us from the 'me too' alarm management software suppliers", says Sean Herring Sales and Marketing Manager.
