ICS will be exhibiting at the 7th World Congress of Chemical Engineering (WCCE7) in Glasgow in July 2005 The event which is held every four years is going to be one of the largest gatherings of process and chemical engineers from around the world, with more than 2000 paying delegates expected

Following the highly successful 6th congress which was held in Melbourne, Australia in 2001 the event is returning to Europe for the first time in 14 years.

The congress will feature special industry-led sessions focusing on chemical engineering at the sharp end.

These sessions will include feature contributions on issues such as plant performance, asset integrity and legislative compliance.

ICS will be exhibiting the latest developments in alarm and event monitoring and analysis software by demonstrating how the products are used in practical applications to improve plant safety and efficiency by reducing shutdowns and loss of production.

ICS will also be featuring information on its range of alarm rationalisation services which will be of particular interest to organisations wishing to analyse and reduce their number of alarms but have neither the time nor the manpower to do it themselves.
