The popular STS range of electric/pneumatic screwdriver torque testers have been updated to include versions with built-in rechargeable batteries.

The popular STS range of electric/pneumatic screwdriver torque testers have been updated to include versions with built-in rechargeable batteries.

The STS tester is a simple, user friendly unit for checking the torque settings of any torque limiting screwdriver.

Highly portable, the STS is rugged enough for a workshop environment, yet is capable of accuracies of +/-0.5% of its operating range.

Featuring a big easy to read LED display rather than an LCD, which is two colour to indicate when a peak reading has been captured from a powered screwdriver, it can also be used in track mode to set dial indicator torque wrenches.

Four versions are available in 1, 2, 5 and 10Nm ranges and all are supplied with a fully traceable calibration certificate.

All units have mechanical overload protection and are dual scaled to also read in pound-inches.

Run down fixtures are available.
