The new TLT torque transducer from Industrial Measurements is not the most accurate, not the fastest and not the cheapest in the world, but it's great value.
It offers +/-0.25% accuracy up to a maximum speed of 8000rev/min and has a maintenance-free, noncontact data transmission system with an integral amplifier to give a +/-5V output.
