The Medical Division of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers is to hold its international seminar "Incontinence: the engineering challenge" on 29th-30th October 2003 at the IMechE headquarters in London.

This seminar will follow a fascinating programme of international interest which reviews recent advances and reports on work in progress.

Presenters will be a mix of those working to overcome the limitations of existing designs and those seeking brand new solutions.

This time the programme will be widened to include technology used in the diagnosis and treatment of incontinence, including surgery.
