MIE Solutions has launched a machine asset management work order system, designated MIE Maintenance.
MIE Maintenance is a full CMMS and work-order system designed to be used right across an organisation.
MIE Maintenance software helps companies in asset-intensive industries maintain their investments by managing these assets.
It handles both maintenance requests and predefined maintenance tasks to notify maintenance teams to perform work.
Maintenance requests can be denied or approved.
Once a maintenance request is approved, a work order is created to perform the work.
All the work can be logged into MIE Maintenance for historical reporting and fixed asset reporting.
MIE Maintenance is able to handle all types of assets including, but not limited to: machines, vehicles, inspection equipment, and ISO required audits.
It is able to manage thousands of assets and properties and track materials, work orders and costs applied to the work order.
MIE Maintenance allows users to manage facilities across multiple regions; while maintenance management functionality tracks preventive maintenance - both proactive and schedule - plus breakdown maintenance.
MIE Maintenance includes a full maintenance requisition system for those reactive maintenance times when machines break down at unplanned times.
The reporting engine generates custom reports identifying maintenance requests that are open, closed or overdue; naming individuals or departments responsible for the majority of requests; and listing which staff member is responsible for attending to specific requests.
