Following the national event held recently in Coventry, and in association with HSE, Sira, NICEIC, ICM, Dowding and Mills and Protego, these regional seminars will provide easier access for engineers and technicians working in the industry to benefit from a comprehensive portfolio of hazardous area information, on the doorstep.
The day will consist of a series of presentations from the event partners, including vital guidance from the HSE in relation to the ATEX 137 Worker Protection Directive, and the deadline for compliance July 2006 that is fast approaching.
Presentations from Sira, NICEIC, ICM, Dowding and Mills and Protego cover nonelectrical and electrical requirements as well as covering the issues of oil, gas and dust in hazardous areas.
There is also a question and answer session with these industry experts to ensure all delegates return to their workplace with a far greater understanding of all that is now required under these new regulations.
For anyone working in oil and gas, pharmaceutical manufacture, food processing, paper and pulp handling or any other sector where hazardous areas exist, this series of educational conferences has a great deal to offer.
The cost is GBP 68 plus VAT for one delegate.
There are also packages in place for two delegates (GBP 126.00 plus VAT) and three delegates (GBP 173.00 plus VAT).
This price includes: access to all presentations in the educational programme; a full set of presentation notes; refreshments throughout the day; and a certificate of attendance.
