Following the national event held recently in Coventry, and in association with HSE, Sira, Dowding and Mills, ICM, ABB, Sartorius, Pepperl and Fuchs and Protego, these regional seminars will provide easier access for engineers and technicians working in the industry to benefit from a comprehensive portfolio of hazardous area information, on the doorstep.
The day will consist of a series of presentations from the event partners, including vital guidance from the HSE in relation to the ATEX 137 Worker Protection Directive, and the deadline for compliance July 2006 that is fast approaching, and some very useful practical case studies and examples specifically for the oil and gas, food and beverage and pharmaceutical industries.
Presentations from Sira, ICM, ABB, Sartorius, Pepperl and Fuchs and Protego cover nonelectrical and electrical requirements as well as covering the issues of oil, gas and dust in hazardous areas.
There is also a question and answer session with these industry experts to ensure all delegates return to their workplace with a far greater understanding of all that is now required under these new regulations.
All this vital information costs as little as GBP 72.50 plus VAT for one delegate.
There are also packages in place for two delegates (GBP 135.00 plus VAT) and three delegates (GBP 189.00 plus VAT).
This price includes: access to all presentations in the educational programme; a full set of presentation notes; refreshments throughout the day; and a certificate of attendance that can contribute towards CPD and competence level for hazardous areas.
