IMO reckons its new QB series of photoelectric sensors offers a complete sensing solution for any user.
The models in the QB series all have a common body style for simple mounting, yet have a wide range of functionality.
The QB series is designed to meet the most demanding applications in print, pack and assembly environments, matching the requirements for both high volume original equipment manufacturers and demanding end user applications.
The QB series is a miniature block style sensor with diffuse, background suppression, retroreflective, through-beam and fibre optic models to meet the requirements of a wide range of applications.
Contrast, measurement and clear material versions have been designed to meet print, pack and position requirements.
All the models are sealed to IP67 standards to ensure operation in washdown and harsh environments, boast digital and remote teach adjustment and have a high speed output response.
IMO operates a unique three year guarantee on all models and CE and CUL approvals make the QB series compliant wherever it is to be used.
As well as high operating standards and flexibility, the QB series incorporates three light sources to suit any environment and application.
The miniature body with dual fixing holes improves use of space and wire orientation, and short circuit and polarity protection ensures against product damage.
The QB series has a fast output response for high-speed automated systems and with clear object and laser detecting versions, the QB series is genuinely a complete sensing solution for any application.
