The APC-8152 and APC-8172 are the first Pentium 4 industrial boards in the Aaeon panel PC production line.

Each device features a PGA478 socket that can accommodate Pentium 4 and Celeron processors, supporting FSB up to 400/533MHz.

The two computers differ in their displays, offering a choice of 15 and 17in LCD panels.

Based on the Intel Pentium 4 platform, the APC-8152 and APC-8172 are ideal choices for high-speed computing, simulation or control, and multimedia applications, because they provide multiple functions such as colour TFT LCD, digital I/O, audio and Ethernet etc.

In addition, the APC-8152 and APC-8172 each support five USB 2.0 ports, mini-PCI and two PCI slots.

With their flexible expansion capability, users get easy access to solutions ranging from modems, storage, sound cards, SCSI cards, audio/video capture cards, wireless LAN and Bluetooth modules.

For customers whose application is variable and changeable, the APC-8152 and APC-8172 reserve more flexibility for future expansion.

DDR DRAM up to 1Gbyte is supported as well as 4x AGP, and 5.1 channel audio output.

It can be broadly implemented in several markets, for example, automobile, machinery, petrochemical or food and drug, point of sale, point of information (kiosk), and game markets.
