The Boxer S PC is suitable for wall or cabinet mounting in a control panel and can replace the traditional 4U rackmount PC or shoebox IPC chassis.

Impulse has released the AEC-6915 fanless embedded PC from Aaeon Technology Aaeon's new AEC-6915 is equipped with four PCI expansion slots designed to fulfill a range of diverse requirements in an ever diversifying market.

It is suitable for machine automation, factory automation, test and measurement, or mobile applications.

The system can be mounted vertically in order to fit into space-limited areas often associated with embedded applications.

The AEC-6915 adopts the Intel Pentium M/Celeron M CPU family supporting up to 2GHz processor speed (400MHz FSB).

The system memory supports DDRII SODIMM modules up to 1Gbyte.

The AEC-6915 is packed with features including four COM ports, four USB2.0 ports, one DVD-ROM slot, one 2.5in SATA/IDE hard disk drive support and one LAN port for network connectivity.

The easily accessible I/O interface makes the AEC-6915 a very convenient design with all the functional I/O interfaces on one side of the unit, allowing users to connect their necessary devices through the front panel with ease.

The system accepts 9 to 30V DC input or mains AC power via the optional 120W AC adapter if required.
