The sensor suits any process environment where viscous fluids are present, including food and dairy manufacturing, paper and pulp, water and waste treatment, chemicals and pharmaceuticals.

Impress Sensors and Systems has released the DMK 331P ceramic pressure sensor with a flush stainless steel diaphragm that is suitable for viscous and gaseous media.

It is certified for use in explosive atmosphere (ATEX, Zone 0) environments.

The sensor suits any process environment where viscous fluids are present, including food and dairy manufacturing, paper and pulp, water and waste treatment, chemicals and pharmaceuticals.

Special versions of the sensor are available with a cooling element that enables the sensor to be used in temperatures up to 300C.

Nominal pressure ranges are from 0-1bar up to 0- 400bar.

Accuracy is +/- 0.5% FSO (IEC 60770).

A variety of electrical and mechanical connections are available.
