LightWise industrial machine vision cameras now come with twice the memory of the previous generation, but at the same low price.

All products from Imaging Solutions Group are now fully CE and RoHS compliant, and the company is now shipping all its LightWise camera families with double the memory of the previous generation.

The high speed FireWire 800Mbit/s IEEE1394b LightWise camera family is now shipping with an image buffer of 128Mbyte RAM and 64Mbyte of Flash memory.

The FireWire 400Mbit/s IEEE1394a LightWise camera family is now has an image buffer of 64Mbyte RAM and 8Mbyte of Flash memory.

The pricing for the cameras have stayed at the same low price even with twice the memory.

These cameras use a one-million-gate Xilinx XC3S1000-4FTG256C high-performance FPGA.

All camera controls are implemented via the 1394 interface, which includes a fully programmable image processing pipeline and dynamic range/gamma control LUT for any desired response curve and wide range of triggering and strobe control capabilities.

These cameras come packaged with driver software and a user's manual.

All area cameras from ISG incorporate the ISG Image Pipeline and can be programmed with customer supplied algorithms inside the onboard FPGA.

ISG LightWise cameras are ideally suited for industrial machine vision applications such as, automated optical inspection, metrology, sorting, barcodes, direct part marking, military/government and security.
