Infranor's new servo drive for brushless servo motors with resolver feedback has both digital speed and current loops, together with Auto phasing and Autotuning

Infranor have released their new servo drive for brushless servo motors with resolver feedback This compact unit is just 200 * 199 * 65mm and can drive motors rated up to 5 Nm

The range comes either as single phase 240 VAC or 400 VAC three phase.

The drive has both digital speed and current loops, together with Auto phasing and Autotuning.

The Infranor drive comes with a user friendly PC software for parameter setting via RS232 serial link.

This includes integrated display oscilloscope.

The drive can be specified with either +/- 10v analogue input or via Profibus connection.

This latter model uses Profibus DP protocol to control it from a PLC or PC/Profibus card.

In this mode the drive has fully distributed intelligence offering up to 128 chainable sequences and looped sequences with loop counter.

The movement sequences can be absolute or relative with trapezoidal or 'S' acceleration curve.

There is all digital control of three servo loops: position, speed and torque together with advanced servo loop filters.

More than 60 parameters available ensures total control of the axis.

Using profibus DP allows synchronisation of instruction to several axes with the ability of a single host to control a very large number of axes (about 100).

Both these variants are mains operated with integrated CE compliant filter and are quick and easy to connect and commission to provide cost effective servo solutions.
