Invensys Climate Controls, one of Europe's largest manufacturers of HVAC products, has set up a new customer service centre in Maidenhead.

The new service centre is closely integrated with the administrative and manufacturing operations which are also on the Maidenhead site, making possible improved responsiveness to customer requirements, and enhancing still further the company's already excellent customer service.

The new Maidenhead service centre will cover UK sales, technical queries, and order processing for products from the Invensys Climate Controls brands.

These include Drayton thermostatic radiator valves and electronic control products for use in both domestic and commercial heating systems, Eberle thermostats for applications in heating and air-conditioning, Eliwell commercial refrigeration control equipment, Ranco heating and air-conditioning control components for the OEM market, Microtech air conditioning products, and Oreg products.

"By contacting our new customer service centre in Maidenhead, customers have a convenient single point of access to one of the most extensive ranges of heating, refrigeration and air-conditioning control components in the world," said Duncan Sharp, UK Sales Director for Invensys Climate Controls.

"Better still, they are in the hands of specialists who will help them find the best and most economical components for their individual applications.

And, with such a broad range of equipment to choose from, our customers can be sure that, however unusual their requirements, we will have exactly what they need." Future plans include the provision of a purpose-built training facility which is seen as an important aid to the education of all engineers working with Invensys Climate Controls' products.

To ensure the most efficient handling of orders and enquiries, Invensys Climate Controls' new Maidenhead service centre is equipped with the latest real-time computerised stock monitoring, order processing and order tracking systems.
