The popular heating control packs from Invensys Climate Controls now feature motorised valves with removable heads

The popular heating control packs from Invensys Climate Controls, which include, in a single convenient package, all of the control components needed for a typical domestic central heating installation, now feature motorised valves with removable heads.

These new valves are easier to fit, especially in confined locations, and the removable heads are an invaluable aid to maintenance and fault-finding.

Invensys Climate Controls control packs are offered in a wide range of versions to meet the needs of virtually every type of wet central heating system.

Each pack contains a sensitive RTS1 room thermostat for accurate overall space heating temperature control, an HTS3 cylinder thermostat to provide independent control over hot water temperature, a programmer, a wiring centre or junction box, and motorised valves appropriate to the type of installation.

Biflo packs feature a mid-position valve, while Twinzone packs include two zone valves.

Mixed Twinzone packs include zone valves in both 22mm and 28mm sizes.

Spare heads for removable-head valves may also be purchased separately for replacement purposes.

Control packs are offered with either Switchmaster SM-series electromechanical programmers, or with Lifestyle electronic programmers from the LP range.

SM programmers are ideal where simple, visual setting is a prime requirement, while LP versions are an excellent choice for more sophisticated control.

Like all control packs from Invensys Climate Controls, the new versions with removable-head valves offer substantial savings compared with the cost of purchasing the components they contain separately, and they are supplied with comprehensive instructions which make installation, wiring and commissioning simple.
