Single number for range of climate control brands

An Invensys Climate Controls product story

Invensys Climate Controls has introduced two new telephone numbers for the UK which make it quick for customers to obtain information relating to any of the organisation's huge range of products

As part of its ongoing drive for improvements in customer service, Invensys Climate Controls has introduced two new telephone numbers for the UK which make it quick and easy for customers to obtain sales and technical information relating to any of the organisation's huge range of products.

For sales, the new number is 0845 130 5522, while for technical information and support, the number to call is 0845 130 7722.

A new fax number - 0845 130 0622 - has also been introduced to provide direct access with the sales department.

All of the new numbers are charged at local rates, which means that all customers will benefit from low call costs, wherever they are located in the UK.

"Our new telephone system will make us much easier to contact," said Stuart Loader, UK marketing communications manager for Invensys Climate Controls.

"In the past, many of our brands, which include, for example, Drayton, Eberle, Eliwell and Ranco, have had their own contact numbers, making it difficult for customers to decide which was the best number to call." "The new arrangements eliminate this confusion," continued Loader, "as well as making it much easier for us to route calls internally to the person who can best deal with them.

The end result is a more convenient, faster and more efficient telephone service for all of our customers." To ensure that the changeover to the new telephone numbers does not cause difficulties for customers, all calls to existing Invensys Climate Controls numbers will either be automatically forwarded to the appropriate new number, or will be answered by a recorded announcement giving details of the changes.
