A new guide from INA gives full product and application details of the comprehensive range of track rollers manufactured by the company.

A new guide from INA gives full product and application details of the comprehensive range of track rollers manufactured by the company Robust and versatile, INA track rollers allow bearing arrangements for rotary and linear motion, are able to support high loads and are suitable for use under problematic operating conditions

The new brochure, Publication LFR, gives information on all track rollers available, including optimised single and double row yoke and stud type, either with needle or cylindrical rollers, and with or without axial guidance of the outer ring.

Yoke and stud type track rollers incorporating the "Optimised INA Profile" are featured.

This new outer ring profile offers a substantial reduction in Hertzian pressure and lower edge loading under tilting conditions, in addition to reduced wear of the mating track.

The fully illustrated guide gives calculations and graphs for load carrying capacity and bearing life under different operating conditions.

A section on lubrication covers grease selection and lubrication intervals and includes cut-away drawings to show lubrication systems.

Track rollers for special applications, including lift mast rollers, chain guide rollers, back-up rollers for rolling mills and flanged rollers are shown with design and safety guidelines, in addition to guideways, shafts and support rail units to suit INA track rollers.

To ensure trouble free operation of the precision track rollers, a comprehensive fitting and dismantling guide is included in publication LFR.

Illustrated examples of fitting requirements are shown for all types of INA track roller.

Several application examples complete the brochure, showing bearing design solutions for various pieces of equipment, including a loading platform, an offset printing press and a multi-roll rolling mill, and include sectioned drawings showing how each INA product is used.
