This centralised control function also enables any alarm resets, measurements (start and restart) as well as the teach-in mode to be easily initiated.
The base values determined on startup of the respective monitoring system (teach-in mode) represent reference values that enable relative monitoring.
An alarm is triggered as soon as one of the parameters exceeds the reference level by an individually configurable value.
Easy Check systems carry out these measurements at regular, brief intervals and indicate the operating condition via LED displays.
This is important as early detection of pending damage to machinery will avoid unplanned and costly shutdown of production plants.
Easy Check Online is also simple to use.
There is no need to install special software or perform time-consuming configuration work.
Configuration is carried out using the DIP switches on the circuit board and no specialist knowledge is required.
The products are supplied preconfigured for most standard applications.
All that is required is an external power source.
The Easy Check range of products can be used to monitor both vibration and temperature in continuously operating machines, such as electrical motors, pumps and blowers.
