VibroCheck is a PC-based vibration monitoring system used for permanent monitoring of vital machine elements such as roller bearings and gears.
Up to 2048 sensors can be attached to the system, which measures vibration signals as well as other physical quantities such as temperature, power, pressure etc.
The Detector II is the ideal vibration analysis introductory device.
The handheld measuring instrument is user-friendly, cost effective and very easy to operate.
The FAG Detector II offers vibration measuring and data collection in one device and can detect machine damage at an early stage avoiding costly shutdown.
The DTECTX1 series is an effective and value for money range of online monitoring devices that enables permanent frequency-selective monitoring.
The great advantage of the DTECTX1 is that it includes features which are usually only available in far more expensive online systems.
With the aid of the Bearing Analyser III the user is able to detect roller bearing and gear damage at an early stage.
As a result, the required maintenance work can be planned, machine availability is optimised and production costs are reduced.
Also on the stand, INA FAG will be exhibiting a selection of the company's maintenance products including the Easy Check series, Trummy and Concept 6 ranges.
