Passenger car and truck manufacturer, Volvo, has recognised Schaeffler Group as one of its top ten suppliers in 2008 for the supply of wheel bearing units for trucks.
Schaeffler received a 'Best Supplier 2008' Award from Volvo in recognition of the company's quality, delivery accuracy, custom-product innovations, cost effectiveness and continuous creative and positive collaboration.
Schaeffler is the sole global supplier of wheel bearing units for front and rear axles to Volvo's truck plants.
