The TestMaster Automation System is a high-capacity metals test system that performs tensile tests on a variety of metal specimens ranging from heavy sheet steel to aluminium.
The TestMaster Automation System is a high-capacity metals test system that performs tensile tests on a variety of metal specimens ranging from heavy sheet, plate and round steel to more delicate specimens like aluminium sheet Instron's unique TestMaster Automation System is a fully automated metal tensile tester that provides two-way communication between the test system and the existing mainframe
Designed to automatically identify test specimens, establish specimen handling-routines, and calculate and transfer test results, this system improves throughput and accuracy, and reduces operator participation.
The system includes robotic specimen handling, digital dimension measurement and a 600kN high-capacity load frame with automated hydraulic grips and automatic strain measurement.
