Setting new standards in waterjet cutting, the Ingersoll-Rand Streamline SL-IV Plus high-pressure intensifier delivers an unprecedented pressure of 4150bar.

Setting new standards in waterjet cutting, the Ingersoll-Rand Streamline SL-IV Plus high-pressure intensifier delivers an unprecedented pressure of 4150bar.

This provides the end user with enhanced cutting quality together with even higher cutting speeds.

A step forward in high-pressure water creation, Plus Pump incorporates an additional accumulator for greater power with less pressure fluctuation, better cutting quality and increased component life.

It still, however offers similar build quality, reliability, ease of installation, and maintenance as the standard Streamline SL-IV pump.

Advanced features include a touch screen display to give a clear overview of all available functions and facilitate ease of operation.

Microprocessor-based control offers comprehensive diagnostics with remote troubleshooting and extended software capabilities.

Representing an increase in cutting power of 10-30% over the standard machine, Plus Pump, available in 22 and 37kW versions is able to power up to 10 orifices (0.10mm diameter) or a single orifice of up to 0.33mm diameter at maximum working pressure.

The new intensifier has fewer parts than conventional pumps.

It has only one seal per cylinder, a new conical check valve design and patented "quick plunger removal" - without disassembly of the hydraulic cylinder to give lower operating and maintenance costs along with improved service life.

Further features include a thermostatically controlled water-cooling system that ensures optimum hydraulic oil temperature stability.

There is also an inlet water pressure booster pump and filtration system with a 10 micron high-capacity filter and a high efficiency oil-to-water heat exchanger and cartridge oil filter.
