The Intellikey will change the parameters of the IntelliDrive to adjust the speed of the motor and the output diaphragm of the air end so as to obtain the requested power and/or pressure.

The variable speed drive Nirvana compressor is now available in the low to medium 5.5 to 30kW range.

A new version of the electronic controller guarantees the lowest operation costs.

It adapts the power output to the demand in real time and can reduce energy consumption by 35%.

The Intellikey will change the parameters of the IntelliDrive variable speed drive to adjust the speed of the motor and the output diaphragm of the air end so as to obtain the requested power and/or pressure.

Within the 12 product models, several upgrades are possible 5.5kW can be upgraded to 7.5 or 11kW, 15kW can be upgraded to 18.5kW, whilst 22kW can be upgraded to 30kW.

The Total Air System (TAS) option provides the customer with one compact integrated solution for all the required components of a complete compressed air system, including a refrigerated air dryer, a cycling dryer, a dryer bypass, integrated coalescing and particulate filters, and an electronic drain valve.

The cycling air dryer automatically starts and stops based on the compressor, eliminating wasted energy.

All these components can be inserted into the same standard unit, with no increase in footprint.

The Intellidrive adapts the air flow to the compressed air needs of the application.

The variable speed drive maintains a closely controlled system pressure, automatically adjusting its output to achieve the highest efficiency for the requested operation.

It gives the optimal operating pressure between 4.5 and 14bar(g).

Intellidrive control ensures the lowest power consumption at start-up, full-load and part-load conditions.

In a conventional air compressor, starting up the motor creates an enormous energy draw, as much as 800% of the full-load normal running current.

The gentle start cycle controlled by Intellidrive allows smooth stop and restart cycles without any risk of over heating and eliminates thrust loading.

They can be restarted as frequently as needed.

At full load, Nirvana avoids wasted energy caused by an excessive pressure band or unloaded running.

When operating at part-load, IntelliDrive avoids load cycling and maintains a steady state of operation.

A power outage restart option (15-30Kw) allows function resumption at a restore point of the last optimal mode of operation, in the event of a restored external power failure.

The Nirvana 5.5-30kW is easy to install and to maintain.

All the operating parameters of the Nirvana compressor can quickly and easily be adjusted on the control system.

The Intellidrive display offers a single-point control and access to overall diagnostics informationn The display will also show a fault indicator, parts indication function with flashing LED and a continuous warning if service is overdue.

During installation the best maintenance program is installed and can easily be upgraded afterwards.

The variable speed technology optimises operating life and reduces wear and tear.

The modular design also offers an easy access to each serviceable component.
