High strength, high flexibility UV adhesives

An Intertronics product story

The new Dymax Series 800 adhesives form bonds to 3000psi on metal, ferrite, ceramic and glass surfaces and are ideal for DC motor, speaker, alternator, flywheel and transformer assemblies

The new Dymax Series 800 adhesives - distributed in the UK by Intertronics - form bonds to 3000psi on metal, ferrite, ceramic and glass surfaces.

They also pass severe thermal shock testing from -55 degrees centigrade to +230 degrees centigrade.

This performance ensures that bond resistance is maintained through the most arduous of conditions, making it an ideal bond for DC motor, speaker, alternator, flywheel and transformer assemblies.

In common with all Dymax adhesives, the new range is 100% solvent free and cure in 20 to 40 seconds, facilitating in-line quality testing and eliminating the need for large heat curing chambers and off-line drying racks.

Process control is ensured by the adhesives curing on demand, only when they contact an activated surface, unlike pre-mixed resin systems.

Their thixotropic gel viscosity simplifies and offers precise control of the amount dispensed.
