The Autotube dispensing system improves efficiency and eliminates the problems of poor precision and wastage traditionally associated with dispensing material from manufacturers' squeeze tubes.

The I and J Fisnar Autotube dispensing system from Intertronics improves efficiency and eliminates the problems of poor precision and wastage traditionally associated with dispensing material from manufacturers' squeeze tubes.

Autotube provides a fast tube connection within a cartridge protected by a metal retainer and quick-snap cap.

The retainer is hand-held or supported in a gun handle, with activation of the shot size by either trigger or foot switch.

The system is completed with the addition of an I and J Fisnar DSP501A controller.

Operation of the trigger or foot switch sends a timed air pulse to the cartridge containing the tube, which is evenly subjected to the air pressure pulse - resulting in a precise deposit directly where it is required by dispensing needle.

The DSP501A controller is supplied with a larger-than-normal air solenoid to evacuate the cartridge chamber quickly to avoid post-extrusion after dispensing.

Timed pulses are variable from 0.01 to 31s.
