Fluids go straight from can to dispensing valve

An Intertronics product story

Intertronics reckons the Fisnar FK001 Autocan System is the ideal method for transferring viscous material directly to a valve, which can be either mounted on an automatic dispensing robot or simply supported in a handgrip gun.

The FK001 accommodates 1 quart and 1 gallon sizes and is easy to set up, with a lifting extrusion arm for simple change of the can.

Excess material is wiped from the sides of the can by means of a follower plate.

The system prevents mess and cleaning up, whilst providing significant material savings.

When used in combination with the Fisnar 790HPNM suck-back valve, the Autocan - valve system provides an ideal production aid for higher viscosity materials (up to 600,000cps).

Operation of the valve is by trigger via a pneumatic controller.

Transfer pumps for larger containers up to 55 gallons are also available.
