The Fisnar I and J10 series from Intertronics is a family of small-shot systems designed to dispense from 0.012 to 5ml of mixed material with an accuracy of 1%, using a dead-stop feature to ensure repeatability.

Systems are sufficiently light and compact to be robot-mounted - the I and J10R is recommended for mounting to complementary robots in the Fisnar range.

The I and J10 can also be supplied with a stepping-motor drive (Fisnar I and J10RS) to avoid pneumatic stroke delays and enable variable dispense rates, ensuring consistency in bead diameter when form-in-place materials are being dispensed.

An additional benefit of the I and J10 is the ability to dispense without hoses, eliminating any hysteresis (hose expansion) inaccuracies when dispensing small amounts of mixed material.

The I and J10B is a portable bench mounted system using a small bench area, and on which reservoirs can be mounted directly.

The I and J10F provides for larger reservoirs and other tailored options such as heat, agitation and degassing capability.
