Automation of gapped and ungapped cores, DC motors, speaker magnets, alternators and flywheels is now easier and faster.

Automation of gapped and ungapped cores, DC motors, speaker magnets, alternators and flywheels is now easier and faster.

Intertronics has a new range of Dymax light- and activator-curing adhesives for bonding metal, ferrite and ceramics.

Fixturing in as little as 30s at room temperature, these tough, impact resistant adhesives exhibit bond strengths up to 3000lb/in2 or more and create durable, reliable assemblies.

The new 800 Series adhesives cure with activator for interfacial bonding and exhibit good gap filling capability, as well as excellent thermal shock resistance.

Also included in the new line are the Multi-Cure 600 Series adhesives that cure with both activator and UV light.

The new adhesives cure or fixture in seconds at room temperature, eliminating ovens, long bake cycles and cool down times.

Fast fixture times also allow for 100% inline QA testing.

Their thixotropic gel viscosity simplifies dispensing and provides precise control over the volume dispensed.

Low viscosity activators can be easily sprayed or applied with felt pads.
