Dymax adhesives can form high strength bonds to 20MPa on metal, ferrite, ceramic and glass surfaces, passing severe thermal shock testing from -55 to +230C.
Superior environmental resistance results in bonds that can endure even the harshest conditions for DC motor, speaker, alternator, flywheel and transformer assemblies.
A range of UV curing equipment is featured for light cure adhesives, along with processes and applications that benefit from the instant speed of UV cure.
Spot curing systems, conveyor-mounted lamps, stand alone curing chambers and ovens are all included.
