Intertronics will be responsible for the distribution of Araldite adhesives to industrial users in electronics, plastics assembly and automotive component / assembly industries in the UK.
Intertronics, has agreed with Huntsman Advanced Materials that it will become a distributor for the company's Araldite range of general industrial adhesives.
The partnership makes Intertronics a part of Huntsman's European distributor network.
Under its Adhere brand operation, Intertronics will be responsible for the distribution of epoxy, methacrylate and polyurethane adhesives to industrial users in electronics, plastics assembly and automotive component / assembly industries in the UK.
Intertronics will work in parallel to Huntsman's existing Araldite distribution partners in the industrial adhesive market.
Peter Swanson, MD at Intertronics and Adhere Brand Manager, explained: "We have a fantastic name for specialist problem solving and now we are partnered with Araldite can bring that expertise to the wide range of industrial adhesive users who just want to do the job better".

Araldite engineering adhesives are suitable for bonding a wide range of materials, including ferrous/aluminium, copper, zinc/galvanised, thermoset composites and glass re-inforced compounds, ABS/PVC, acrylics/polycarbonate, polyamides, polystyrene and polyurethane foams, rubber, glass, quartz, precious stones, caramics and wood.
