An Intertronics product story
Edited by the Engineeringtalk editorial team Jun 4, 2007

True structural bonding performance is available in easy to use packaging for plastic and or metal substrates.

Huntsman Advanced Materials, together with the Adhere brand from Intertronics, has launched Araldite 2000 Plus - a new range of structural adhesives developed to help design and production engineers realise complex plastic and metal-based assemblies.

Peter Swanson - Adhere Brand Leader at Intertronics, explained: "I am delighted with this really major development which develops us further into structured bonding of plastics as well as metals, together with one of the very best market leaders in the world".

In addition to Huntsman's epoxy capability, Araldite 2000 Plus incorporates sophisticated developments in polyurethane and methacrylate chemistries such that true structural bonding performance is available in easy to use packaging for plastic and or metal substrates.
