The Noise and Vibration Engineering Group of the Institute of Acoustics is to hold its inaugural meeting in Coventry, in May 2003.
The Noise and Vibration Engineering Group of the Institute of Acoustics is to hold its inaugural meeting at the Village Hotel, Coventry, Warwickshire on the 15th and 16th May 2003 The focus of this meeting will be to review the implications of new legislation
The programme will include a range of papers from presenters involved in the implementation of: integrated pollution prevention and control (IPPC); the Physical Agents (Noise) Directive (PA(N)D)); noise control engineering (NCE); and noise, vibration harshness (NVH).
Further papers will be presented regarding the workplace and environmental noise prediction and the prediction and control of noise in industrial and automotive applications.
The Institute's Rayleigh Medal will be presented at this conference to Prof Dr Ing Hugo Fastl who will present a lecture on the topic of sound quality. Request free introductory details about products from Institute of Acoustics ...
