This system has been designed specifically for in-house or mobile calibration engineers who need to meet EN10002 standards.

Based around a high accuracy digital indicator linked to a pair of Interface 1200 Precision series universal load cells and mechanical adapters for immediate connection to Test Frames with 5/8in and 1-1/4in fittings (other sizes and metric fittings also available).

Load cells with improved warranted specifications e.g 1100 Ultra Precision or 1600 Gold Standard are available at extra cost and may improve the overall performance specifications.

Calibration of the system prior to delivery is optional.

One of the most recent calibrations to the EN10002-3 standard achieved Grade 0.5 for 100N to 100kN in Compression and Grade 0.5 from 200N to 100kN in Tension and a second system achieved Grade 0.5 from 100N to 100kN in both directions.

* *It must be noted that although every effort is made to achieve EN10002-3 Grade 0.5 from 2% to 100% of capacity in both Tension and Compression, exact performance to this level cannot be guaranteed due to the variety of factors which can affect the final results.
