Interface dual bridge low profile load cells have been selected for the Undercarriage Tests on the latest Airbus project.
Each load cell has a unique warranted performance specification, with maximum errors on non-linearity, hysteresis and non-repeatability of 0.05% full scale.
This makes the ULC range arguably the highest accuracy gram load cell in the world.
Due to the overloading problems encountered with low capacity load cells they have a built in mechanical overload protection, giving a 10 times (1000%) axial and 5 times (500%) side-load protection of rated capacity.
The Interface product range now covers loads from 50g through to 1 million lbs.
