Interface Force has launched the HRDT, a high-resolution digital telemetry rotary torque transducer featuring a two-way radio transmission system with digital set up.
This digital rotary transducer comes supplied as a fully featured unit suitable for all telemetry measurements.
The HRDT is shipped complete with stator, control module and USB memory stick.
The transducer features a bearing-less, non-contact design offering users easy stator alignment.
Push-button configuration is via the Din rail mountable control module, which features a digital display.
This transducer is configurable by the supplied USB stick, which contains basic configuration files.
A PC is required only when more complex set up and configuration is needed and comprehensive software is supplied.
This wireless torque transducer featuring 24-bit resolution is CE approved and Windows compatible for reliable and flexible data transmission of either analogue or digital signals.
Standard output options include +/-10V, 4-20mA, frequency, RS232/RS485/USB and Ethernet.
All outputs are user selectable for torque, speed and power, transmitted at up to 2,000 processed results per second with multiple independent outputs available as an option.
A full selection of filters is also offered.
The Interface HRDT transducer is available in capacities ranging from 100Nm right up to 10,000Nm in Din sizes 90 to 225.
For requirements that fall outside standard capacities a custom design facility is offered.
