The CSMeter is a novel instrument that is designed to reliably detect broken rotor bars in squirrel cage induction motors across a wide range of applications.

The CSMeter is a novel instrument that is designed to reliably detect broken rotor bars in squirrel cage induction motors across a wide range of applications including coal crushers/mill motors, compressors and other applications involving mechanical drives.

Using advanced electronic and software technology enables the CSMeter to be less than half the price of other instruments offering similar diagnostics.

It uses proprietary motor current signature analysis algorithms developed as a result of years of experience and research to specifically guard against false indications.

The CSMeter is handheld, provides on-the-spot diagnosis while still at the motor and needs no cumbersome accessories.

In fact, just a single clamp-on current probe is used to acquire a trace of the supply current from one of the phase leads to the motor or from the secondary circuit of a main CT.

Keeping in line with company's philosophy, the test is simple, repeatable, trendable and safe, and data presentation is easy to interpret.
