Options are also available to communicate using RS232/422 or 485.

Modules feature: 4, 8 and 16 analogue and digital I/O options; hot swappable auto-configuration and self-calibration; 1200V RMS isolation; and a -30 to +70C operating temperature range.

The Pointscan range of distributed I/O modules feature integrated field wiring terminals in a single, small form factor module that can be either DIN-rail mounted or panel mounted.

They are ideally suited to highly distributed applications where there are a low number of I/O points, typically 8 or 16 per node.

Software includes preconfigured display templates and ready to run sample projects to enable quick start up times.

Users can configure the system to monitor all connected transducers, with alarm features include fax, e-mail, voicemail, SMS and more.
