Introtek International has added a new member to its product range - an intriguing design that senses a reflective ultrasonic signal from a single contact point This product arrives at a time when many medical OEM companies are beginning to use channelled cassette modules for liquid handling applications

The model name of the sensor is the point-air-detection, or PAD, sensor.

The Introtek legacy of state-of-the-art technology and quality is transcended in the newly designed sensor.

The PAD sensor has all of the attributes and air detection capabilities as the conventional sensor package and integral electronics currently available from Introtek.

"With the introduction of the point-air-detection sensor, Introtek has once again demonstrated the company's unique ability to evolve its technology in parity with the OEM industry", stated Deb Corwin, General Manager of Introtek.
