Advanced Bulk Systems has been absorbed into Ingredient Handling Solutions.
Advanced Bulk Systems (ABS) has been absorbed into Ingredient Handling Solutions (HIS).
All traditional ABS engineering business will be handled through IHS in future.
IHS has seen substantial growth during its first two years as exclusive UK and Republic of Ireland sales agent for Azo of Osterburken, Germany, the global leader in ingredient handling and automation.
The company is now regarded by Azo as one of its top performing representatives worldwide with sales to date approaching Eur 7.5 million.
Phil Plummer, Sales Director of IHS, says: "IHS is now on an equal footing with ABS in terms of sales, management time and overhead costs".
"This is an ideal opportunity to rationalise and bring all business under the umbrella of one company while offloading some operating costs".
"ABS customers will continue to deal with us in exactly the same way they have during the last 11 years and can expect the same levels of service and support".
