IronCAD has appointed Norcam as its first reseller in Portugal.

IronCAD has appointed Norcam as its first reseller in Portugal.

Norcam specialises in selling a variety of CAD, CAM and CAE systems that include software packages and peripherals.

"We're excited to be marketing IronCAD within Portugal", says Marco Gomes of Norcam.

"Their nonparametric design philosophy is unique and will provide an excellent base for which to market the product", he continued.

IronCAD is now part of Norcam's solution system for CAM and RP.

Norcam's sister company, Protosys, is also picking up IronCAD.

Protosys' consulting and development business will begin to implement IronCAD soon.

"We are pleased to be working with Norcam, as their 3D focus and philosophy is closely aligned with our own".

"Our expansion into Portugal is helping us reach our goal of distributing IronCAD throughout the world", says Richard Serna, IronCAD's European Channel Manager.

One week after becoming an IronCAD reseller, Norcam closed its first sale to Cruz Martins e Vale, a Portuguese casting foundry.
