ITT Interconnect Solutions has revealed that its Trident connector range provides high sealing grades up to IP67, making it suitable for a number of transportation applications.
The availability of circular and rectangular designs, multiple pin configurations, plus a range of contact layouts and accessories makes Trident connectors suitable for many diverse applications - for example, dashboard signal and power, air conditioning and cooling, junction boxes and power train (engine/transmission) found in on- and off-road vehicles.
Trident connectors' technical specification includes: layouts from 2-48 way including mixed power and signal; AWG 14 to 26 signal contacts; crimp, solder flow and power contacts; IP rating to IP67; and a range of circular and rectangular designs.
