ITI subsidiary Manta Corp is to provide post-sale technical support for Safe Technology's durability and fatigue analysis software.
ITI subsidiary Manta Corp is to provide post-sale technical support for Safe Technology's durability and fatigue analysis software.
Specifically, Manta will provide first-line and advanced engineering applications support for fe-safe customers in North America.
fe-safe is Safe Technology's leading-edge durability design software for finite element models.
Manta's support to new customers will consist of: first line telephone support including assistance in installation and configuration; operational advice and support and advanced engineering application support; on-site customer visits; and engineering support for interfacing with Ansys, Abaqus and I-Deas software programs.
"Manta has significant experience and expertise in product design and analysis, system integration, troubleshooting and data collection and has the technical capability to provide post-sale technical support for fe-safe", said Safe Technology Managing Director John Draper.
