Thermasil RTV is a 1 part silicone adhesive and sealant with a non corrosive curing system formulated to give excellent heat transfer between components and helps reduce PCB "hot spots" and has flame retardancy to meet UL94 V0.

Use Thermasil as a heat sink adhesive, removing the need for mechanical fasteners and messy non setting greases also for bonding transistors, thermistors and other electronic parts.

Outstanding high temperature stability ( 260 C ) and flexibility make Thermasil ideal for bonding dissimilar materials.

This 1 part no mix RTV cures at room temperature without heat and it's non slump paste consistancy will hold small components in place as it cures.
