IntelliCom has released a major software upgrade for its NetBiter WebScada Modbus gateway.

The product makes it possible to monitor Modbus data on web pages inside the gateway.

Users can connect Modbus devices and select data of their choice on the configuration web pages.

Then they are able to view the configured data on the built-in web pages automatically without writing a single line HTML.

No Windows tools or HTML editors are required, and the system involves no licences or royalties.

This is a major software upgrade to the product that gives the product the following features: support for 200 data points; alarms by e-mail and SMS; data logging of Modbus data; two digital inputs; Modbus TCP (to connect to Scada systems and PLCs); saving of configuration, backup of software; uploading of pictures for better overview of the installation; 10/100Mbit/s Ethernet; support for up to 250 Modbus slaves; and very simple and straight-forward configuration.
