Export conferences get started
UKTI South East's International Month runs throughout March and includes a series of seminars being run for local businesses starting to export.

UKTI South East's International Month runs throughout March and includes a series of seminars being run for local businesses starting to export.
At each seminar there will be hotspot sessions covering topics that often cause concern for both experienced and new exporters.
The seminars are taking place at locations across the region and already some 140 firms have signed up to attend.
Other activities include events being run by partner organisations including local Chambers of Commerce and HM Revenue and Customs.
Chris Innes, Executive Manager at UKTI says: "In so many cases, moving into an overseas market is essential for a firm's successful expansion".
"By working with our partner organisations we have ensured that a wide range of topics will be covered at our events, so businesses of all shapes and sizes should be able to find out information that will help them grow".
Bedfont's Managing Director Trevor Smith said: "The support of UKTI has been invaluable to us".
"I would urge other firms starting on the export route to get along to one of UKTI's events in March".

Their Smokerlyzer System has been developed for personal use by smokers trying to kick the habit and measures levels of carbon monoxide (CO) in the lungs on a day by day basis.
