Industrial Technology Systems (ITS) has successfully completed Pantek's application process to become a Certified System Integrator (CSI).
Industrial Technology Systems (ITS) has successfully completed Pantek's application process to become a Certified System Integrator (CSI).
According to Pantek the aim of the Certified System Integrator Programme is to "establish mutually beneficial and productive solutions, by working together with our 'partners', and through harnessing complementary technological strengths and specialisms".
As a result by using a Pantek Certified Integrator, such as ITS, customers can be confident that they will receive the highest quality of service, support and expertise during the delivery of a shop floor to top floor solution.
To qualify as a Certified System Integrator for InTouch 7.11 at least two of ITS' employees had to prove their ability in using Wonderware's product, InTouch.
Several ITS employees were put forward for accreditation.
They were required to undertake and pass a product-related test and to provide details of at least two projects that they have successfully implemented using InTouch.
Pantek was responsible for verifying that the work had been carried out to a satisfactory standard by obtaining references from ITS' customers.
Due to the team's experience and expertise ITS was awarded the CSI status for InTouch 7.11.

Since the company was established in 1991 ITS has achieved approved solution provider status with AspenTech, GE Fanuc, Oracle, Pantek, Rockwell, Schneider, Siemens, Systech, and Wonderware.
