The establishment of a sales office in the south became a priority for IMA.
Managing Director, Paul Stockwell, said "Last year we decided to set up a southern base".
"The search for suitable premises took several months, but we are happy with our choice, and this development for the company is the start of an exciting new phase".
The office is in a small light industrial park in Bramley, Hampshire.
With excellent accessibility to both the M4 and M3 motorways, it is easy for customers in the south to visit for instrument demonstrations and training.
IMA's head office in Guiseley, West Yorkshire has been long established, and continues to house the northern and export sales office, systems design and assembly, and calibration facilities for trace moisture sensors.
