A new brochure has been released by elastomer engineering specialists James Walker Keaflex.

Highlighting the Hampshire-based company's expertise in the design and production of rubber mouldings, the six page document illustrates the ranges of products manufactured as well as the specialist services offered.

Activities listed range from product design and process engineering through to prototype and full production.

They are based on the company's knowledge of rubber and plastics moulding and machining techniques, including rubber to metal bonding.

Most of the tooling is designed and manufactured in-house, often to tight dimensional tolerances not generally associated with the manufacture of mechanical rubbers.

Tooling ranges from single-cavity to complex multi-cavity injection moulds.

The brochure sets out the range of elastomers the company can work with, which includes natural rubber, silicone, butyl, neoprene and polyurethane.
