CAE technology conference attracts big guns
This year's Altair Technology Conference will take place on 2nd November at the Heritage Motor Centre, Gaydon.
The event offers individuals the chance to meet face to face with potential employers in one easily accessible area with the chance of exploring a variety of career paths and find out more about the training, apprenticeships or qualifications needed to get them there.
Exhibitors at the event represent a variety of industry sectors including hospitality, leisure and tourism, retail, construction, media, and IT with some of the confirmed exhibitors including British Gas, ECITB, London Fire Brigade, NATS, The Big Choice and Thistle Hotels.
Black History Month, which is taking place throughout October, also has a dedicated jobs and training zone at Evening Standard and Metro Careers and Jobs Live promoting positive diversity and opportunities for black people in Britain as well as highlighting achievements and contributions to British Society with exhibitors in this zone including Brighton and Hove City Council and Sugar Media.
The event is host to a range of interactive opportunities including the famous Wall of Opportunity and the CV Multiplex, giving visitors the opportunity to gain expert, tailor-made advice from a specialist on a one-to-one basis.
